We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

EditWise offers Free, Monthly, and Yearly subscription plans.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Yearly plans include discounted pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting contact@editwise.shop.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.

After cancellation, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You agree to use EditWise solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You must not: Upload or share illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission.

Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the Service or its security.

Use EditWise for spam, fraud, or any unauthorized marketing.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

You retain full ownership of the video files and project data you upload.

By uploading content, you grant EditWise a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content solely for operating the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.

Users can request full data deletion at any time by contacting contact@editwise.shop.

Upon confirmation, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

We strive to provide continuous access with minimal downtime. However, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or unforeseen events.

EditWise is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, though we guarantee high reliability through secure cloud infrastructure (Microsoft servers).

Your data is protected using enterprise-grade encryption and secure hosting.

We regularly update our systems to maintain compliance with modern security standards.

All rights, titles, and interests in the EditWise platform, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by ChromCast LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our materials without written permission.

Some paid plans include custom branding options, which allow you to display your own logo and domain within the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

-You breach these Terms
-You engage in illegal or abusive activity
-You fail to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and stored data may be deleted after 30 days.

EditWise is provided “as is” without any warranty beyond what is explicitly stated.

ChromCast LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChromCast LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of EditWise or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
