This Refund Policy outlines how ChromCast LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refunds for purchases made through the EditWise platform (“Service”).

By subscribing to EditWise, you agree to this Refund Policy as part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love EditWise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all paid plans - both monthly and yearly.

Refunds requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date will be approved automatically.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@editwise.shop using the email associated with your account.

Our support team reviews all refund requests within 24–72 hours. Once a refund is approved, the funds will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor.

Please note that after approval, Stripe may take several business days to credit the amount back to your original payment method.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for all first-time purchases and renewals made within 30 days of the transaction date.

After the 30-day period, payments are non-refundable.

Refunds apply to all plan types - monthly, yearly, or upgrades.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during purchase.

4. Account Access After Refund

When a refund is processed, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan.

This means you’ll retain limited access to the platform, but all paid features will be disabled immediately after the refund is completed.

5. Violations & Suspensions

If your account is suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions (for example, illegal use or abuse of the platform), you may still receive a refund if the suspension occurs within the first 30 days of your subscription.

Accounts suspended after this period are not eligible for refunds.

6. Refund Timing

Once your refund is approved, we submit the request to Stripe immediately.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
